Ashley White, Owner

Ashley has always had a passion for two things, animals and relationships. She grew up with all types of pets ranging from rabbits to cats, dogs, hamsters, and even an aquatic turtle! Once she graduated from Oviedo High School, Ashley attended Berry College in Rome, Georgia with the expectation to further her education at Veterinary school after completing her undergraduate degree. However, after realizing she wanted something a bit more of an untraditional career with pets, she fell in love with grooming. In October 2023, Ashley lost her golden reteiver, Willow, suddenly. Willow was the lady who started it all for the Willow’s Groomer Team. Willow was the sweetest lady, who loved her stuffed animals, cookies and feeling clean after a warm bath. Ashley strives to ensure the legacy of treating each animal at Willow’s Groomer like they are Willow and to make sure she is not forgotten.

Ashley is also our Feline Groomer who is training to become a Certified Master Cat Groomer with the National Cat Grooming Insitute.

Juliana Moock, Receptionist and Relationship Specialist

Juliana was raised in Bradenton, Florida, and moved to Orlando for college at UCF. (Go Knights!) With 18 years of customer service ranging from the restaurant industry to bridal shops, Juliana is all about relationships. At home, she has three cats, a calico named Cali, a Tuxedo cat named Oliver, and a Tabby cat named Deliah. Her favorite food is Mac & Cheese, so to get on her good side, bring some! Juliana is a wife to James, and a mom to her 4-year-old son Elijah, and 9-month-old Levi. Besides being an awesome mom, and receptionist, and training to be our next cat groomer, Juliana is also crafty! Be sure to check out her Etsy page where she makes Disney ears and other items.
